Chick, chick, chick, chick, chicken…..lay a little egg for me…..

My dream of having chickens pecking by the back door was sadly not to be, but that didn’t stop me buying up all the vintage feeders I could find, heck no!

Of course, it’s not just birds who can benefit – hedgehogs & all sorts of garden visitors will happily sip away if you place these around your garden & fill with fresh water.

As an alternative, I love to use these dotted around filled with herbs, small perennials & just perfect for growing cress…..do please note that the channel in which you can plant is shallow & narrow, so choose wisely.
