By the 19th Centuring Birmingham born artist Tomas Morris Ash, famed for his landscapes often set in the heart of the Welsh countryside.

A small herd of cattle standing at the waters edge in the foreground, and the rolling Welsh hills beyond.

There is some damage & flaking of the oils to the front.

Measuring approximately 51cm wide x 31cm high.
